Afrokiz Movement involves a fusion of Mindfulness meditation, yoga, dance, functional fitness to afro-beats, gospel, salsa, kizomba and other inspirational music. This class is for women only and teen girls and is ideal for all levels of fitness. It will leave you feeling calm, rejuvenated and positively allow you to go through your day with energy connecting mind body and spirit as one. This class involves a mildly active workout.
